...these Halloween topiaries! They are not only cute, but easily accessible for a little sugar rush. Me and my super crafty friend are making these tomorrow. So excited!
I just happened to find this cute little number found here today and fell in love with it, plus it is super easy to make. How cute would it be to make the skirt look like candy corn? hmmm, maybe I'm not that ambitious.
I saw this in the November 2009 Martha Stewart magazine and haven't stopped thinking about it since then. Come on bulk nuts-let's hit the shelves.
I am on a fresh flower kick lately. For only a few dollars a month, I love the life and color they bring to my front room.
I love this picture at Ikea of the Flatiron building in Manhattan. I especially love the texture it would bring to my boring front room wall.
Few of you would care to know that my cute hubby has an eye for decorating. I was super annoyed at first when he wanted to have a hand in the way we decorated our home, but now I actually kind of like it. We love window shopping together. Our favorite stores: Target, Ikea, The Green Ant, antique stores, the Di, CB2, and Lofgren's.
This is one of Jon's favorite magazines {atomic ranch}.. It's filled with all sorts of Mid century modern furniture ideas.
Jon fell in love with the cow hide rug in this picture. Not so much for me at first, but yet again he twisted my arm and one day we'll probably have a dead cow beautifully displayed on our living room floor.

I've needed a way to add some character to my boys' room that wouldn't cost too much. I about flipped when I saw this picture. I love the white walls made out of simple 2 x 4's. I love the layers it adds to the room.
plus, I love this gas sign. Don't know where I'd find something like this. I think I feel another craft coming on:)

Last, but not least, I. am. in. love. with. this. Who would have ever known you can use the simpleness of shell chairs and place them around a rustic dining room table. I love it! But our little 30" x 48" table with have to do for now:(
I love the changes of the seasons. It feels like a fresh start on some new projects. What are you into right now?

Those topiaries are so cute! Can't wait to see them. I totally think you should make a candy corn skirt for Jaina, how cute would she look in that! Maybe when I come over to sew :)
I love yours and Jon's style together, it is so fun to see the two of you tackle it together, what great date nights!
We are for sure on for Friday. Cami e-mailed me back and said to have you come. I told her you may come earlier, but maybe you can arrange whatever works best for you. It will be a blast! Love you!
