Summer seems to go so fast, and although it is almost over, I'm always grateful we live in an area that we have four seasons to look forward to. I'm getting ready for fall clothes, walking on crunchy leaves during walks, and the smell of baked goods in the oven... aren't you?
To end the Summer, we usually try to make it to the county fair. This year we were pretty lucky to just walk to is since it was just around the corner.
The kids haven't really ridden on a horse yet- which is pretty sad since my mom owns 3 of them- but I was brave enough to at least let them ride these ponies at the fair. They were pretty excited and didn't seem to mind the 30 minute wait to ride one.
The bugs seemed to entertain them while they waited. Poor potato bugs... RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!

The dog jumping show was somewhat entertaining. We also enjoyed fearless Dave and his rattlesnakes and a goofy man entertained us with a magic show. We had a good time!
Yah, Summer is almost over and yet again we didn't make it to Disneyland, although today the kids were pretending that their Batman and Robin toys were going to Disneyland. Does that count?
And on a side note, Grey's been slipping into Hunter's bed at night to sleep. I think he does it after Hunter falls asleep so he can get away with it:)

Your county fair looks awesome! And so close too, that's so lucky. Your kids look like they had so much fun. And your living room...you've already changed it! :) As always, it is perfect. I need some ideas!
I want to come down before school starts for us, what does your Thursday or Friday look like? I really need one of our chats.:)
