So I woke up this morning to music to my ears, okay not literally, but I looked out my window and my neighbors back lawn was being mowed for the first time since we moved here 1 and 1/2 years ago. Salt Lake County is now enforcing home owners to take care of there yards and "someone" turned in our neighbors, mainly because it looks bad, but also because it was a huge fire hazard. You can see the wonderful view I've had from my kitchen window each summer. In spring it almost resembles a mountain side with wild flowers and long green grass and then by July it looks like this. This is one of the best days living in this house.

That is too funny! I'm glad to see they are finally mowing their weeds.
Really, that's one of your best days? I can't believe that "lawn". Make sure your dad sees this one. It will make him feel better about the people they complain about on their walks!
what a lovely view mandi! i'm glad for you that they mowed it.
That's pretty bad. I wish you could have seen my back yard neighbor in Clearfield. You would have laughed. I wonder how long the mow will last?
A year and a half-wow!If you didn't know your neighbors were ther you could almost think you were in the country!Your house is still so cute though!
That is the best news! I completely understand. Do you think there is a law in my area that says no more than 1 big truck in a yard??
That is really bad. Jessie says you would have laughed to see the back yard neighbor in Clearfield, but poor Jared and I still have to live with it, and not only is it weedy and over grown but they just have a bunch of crap back there. We wonder how they let it get so bad. Well, hopefully from now on it will be a much prettier view for you.
By the way, the pregnancy is coming along great so far.
